5x5 deficit deadlifts 385lbs followed by 3x5 paused SSB squats 275lbs. Good training day Very well made.
RDL 1x8 142.8kg 315lb 3x5 165.5kg 365lb 174.5kg 385lb 183.7kg 405lb 84kg 185lb body weight. Hamstrings feeling strong Very well made.
6x3 Paused trap bar deadlifts with 540lbs Very well made.
Tried to improve Deadlift form from previous post link in the comments . Are my hips too low Very well made.
Deadlift Form check. 255 lbs x 5. I know my 5th rep my back was curved a lot. But are the first four reps okay or is there still too much curve on them Very well made.
